Uber Support for Trains

Uber Support for Omio is extremely limited and often unhelpful.

For the past few weeks, especially at weekends, I’ve been unable to book train journeys via the Uber app. Each time I try, I receive an error message stating that no trains are available.

So I phoned Uber Omio support who stated they can only support with cancellations and refunds for bookings, they can not help with any technical issues with the app or booking process.

So I asked Uber UK & Ireland support who advised me to contact Uber Omio support with the following message:

But as mentioned earlier, Uber Omio support cannot help with technical issues, so I asked them again and received the following response: Uber Omio support message stating they cannot help with technical issues

This was just the same message I received previously from Uber Omio support, so I asked again

So if you have any issues with booking train journeys via the Uber app, don’t expect much help from Uber support, instead just use the Trainline app or website to book your train journeys as they seem to care.
